Nestled in the foothills of the Beartooth Mountains, this rare lot is available in the Black Butte Sub. The lot has hiking access to forest service (it is quite a ways but you see it) and the East Rosebud River. A nice perk to this lot is that there is a well on the land that provides at 50 gallons per minute. There is designated parkland and a seasonal stream adjoining this lot. We found an old map and we believe this stream is called Moss Creek. It is worth the drive just to see the beauty of this area. Make sure to stop for lunch at the Grizzly Bar in Roscoe, MT.
