The Pishkun Ranch consists of 7,699 boundless acres with some in CRP to serve up additional income. To further enhance grazing rotations, 867.33 acres are state leased, and 273 acres are BLM leased. On the northern portion of parcel 3, Quigley Spring, according to legend, flows at an astounding 500 gallons per minute and can be utilized for flood irrigation on the meadows for hay. Natural springs flow throughout the property, and there is piping to some water tanks and wells making the cattle’s task of finding water easy and stress-free. The property has the basic infrastructure for a fully functional and successful ranch operation including perimeter fencing and cross-fencing, gates, cattle guards, corrals, chutes and more. The area can sustain or summer graze upwards of 500+ cow/calf pairs.
