The Montana Bentonite Mine is an ore body of a variety of minerals, the primary being bentonite clay, and it is a producer of calcium bentonite and related bentonitic and earthen materials. The property is a 40 acre tract located between Butte and Anaconda. The value of the property is in the volume of reserves (more details about the reserves can be obtained upon request). The products that can be produced from the reserves have many uses including in the construction and manufacturing industries and for the personal health and animal health care industries. The reserves are of sufficient volume to support projection and penetration into diverse markets. The mining permit is in place and will transfer to the buyer.
